Thank you for having me along to speak on ‘Workplace Bystanders – and putting a stop to poor behaviours’, covering great leadership to strong speak up cultures/psychological safety.
I met so many passionate people there.

So nice to include a video my ‘why’ in my keynote, my little girl ‘Work Rosie’, I will continue to push and push to make workplaces safer for when she gets there. Enjoyed having a little fun onstage too.
