Had a great keynote session last week with RoadTek at their Leaders Forum on Preventing Sexual Harassment. Was so wonderful to stream into their live event in Mackay.

My favourite part of the session was hearing some of their leaders speak on their key takeaways and what they would change and do differently at the end.

It honestly gave me goosebumps to hear their ideas, many from the heart too. Leaders play a crucial part in this space.
