Karen Maher was the keynote speaker at the WorkSafe Victoria Business Leaders’ Breakfast this morning, presenting to a room full of forward thinking leaders about the critical importance of organisational culture on workplace mental health.

Thank you to WorkSafe Victoria CEO – Joe Calafiore and the amazing WorkSafe team – Andris Blicavs, John Moran and Kelly Harris, and everyone behind the scenes who worked so hard to make sure the event was a big success.

It’s great to see that SafeWork VIC have plenty of helpful tools available to employers on the WorkSafe website (including the WorkWell Toolkit) to help pave the way for mentally healthy workplaces!
