What an honour to speak at #APOSHO36 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre alongside so many incredible thought leaders in Workplace Health & Safety.

We all know the consequences that can occur within organisations when people don’t feel safe and supported to speak up about concerns they have. Notwithstanding this, the fear of speaking up in our workplaces is still very real.

Fantastic day yesterday presenting a keynote and a momentum session for all of the amazing leaders at the Western Sydney University Leadership Conference ‘Leading for Change’.

I recently spoke on Leading Psychologically Safe Teams During Uncertain Times for Safer Together. So much critical content was provided during this event as we all continue to navigate these challenging times.
